"My husband and I are fairly new parishioners. We moved to the Arlington Heights area in the last year and have been attending this parish while our home was being built. I would say Our Lady of The Wayside is a traditional Catholic Church. I would say Father Arthur Marat, pastor, is truly the man of faith and a very good spiritual leader. He runs a great parish.We have become members during the pandemic. Father Marat and pastoral nurse, Kathy O'Neill, came to my Mom's home and administered The Anointing of the Sick while she was in the dying process. He wasn't afraid to attend to his flock. I will always be eternally grateful for that. I believe Our Lady of The Wayside Parish feels like a family one wants to be a part of."
