"I organized a large corporate event for ~125 people at Area53 Laser Tag, Mini-Bowling, Arcade and did a buyout of their space for the evening. I can't say enough good things about this place! The entire process was painless from start to finish– everyone I spoke to over email & over the phone were incredibly responsive and helpful. The staff on the day of the event did fantastic work getting everything set up, getting the arcade cards loaded for us, and making sure all of the laser tag games were running on a timely schedule. Jose in particular really went above and beyond as a host making sure the event was as fun as possible for all of the attendees. He also mentioned that Area53 has something like 16 giant AC units, which was a game changer when hosting an event on one of the hottest days of the year. The space itself has a very cool industrial vibe, with plenty of space for mini bowling & lots of different arcade games. It kept everyone entertained for hours. Will definitely be making an effort to organize future events here since our experience was so positive!"

"I am writing to share my feedback regarding the event hosted for my group on Thursday night, December 11th, at 7:15 PM at Area 53. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by your pricing or your promotional materials.
First, the food provided was clearly insufficient for a group of 26 people (and we were only 19 to finally come...fortunately) . At 30 USD per person, I expected a much higher quantity and quality. The presentation was also poor and felt rushed, which contributed to a negative impression. This level of offering does not justify the price.
Second, the venue lacked atmosphere. The space felt plain, with very limited decoration and little attention to creating an engaging environment. Considering the cost of the package, this was surprising.
I was also informed that I had to purchase the "adult bronze" package, while I observed other groups—including teenagers—who did not appear to be held to the same requirement. This inconsistency added to the feeling of dissatisfaction.
The only positive aspect of the evening was your staff, who were kind, helpful, and professional. However, despite their efforts, the overall experience did not meet the expected standard, particularly regarding the food, the setting, and the value for the price paid.
At this stage, I cannot recommend Area 53, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future customers."

"I don’t know what this place is trying to be. One star for the overly complicated laser tag scoring system and decor, but that’s it. Food was gross and made me sick. It looked like it was microwaved. The nachos in the photo were unwrapped and heated at the start of the night…no one got any and they wrapped them back up and turned the light out. So buyer beware…don’t get the nachos. Actually, don’t get anything from here. Games were a rip off. A few took your money from the card play and that’s it."
