"TLDR: This Apple Store makes things right with their customers swiftly and accurately. Great customer service and down to earth humble and vibrant people. Shout outs to: Emanuel, Dan, Mickey, and Regina.

A month ago I came to this Apple Store for the first time and had a pleasant experience I was there to get my m4 MacBook Pro serviced after an accidental spill and was told with my Apple care coverage it would be $300 and would take 2-3 days tops a week for it to be returned to the store and ready for pickup. I asked if I could pay upfront and was declined and I’m glad I was because the repair ended up being lost and I had no updates online or from the store itself, no emails, calls, nothing. I had a busy month and couldn’t return to the store until a few days ago, in which I complained about the lack of communication and the lack of my product in which I entrusted to them. They were extremely apologetic and offered a complimentary upgrade to an m5 equivalent. I accepted and was called 2 days later alerting me it was ready for pickup. Very happy with the resolution. Huge thanks and recommendation for personal praise to: Emanuel, Dan, Mickey, and Regina who helped me along with my MacBook Pro.

I recommend this store and will be back for future purchases and hopefully not repairs."

"First negative review I’ve ever left, that’s how you know this is a notably bad experience. This was not only the worst experience I’ve had at an Apple Store, but maybe in customer service anywhere. I pride myself on being polite and kind to customer service workers.

After a female associate looked at me with disgust for asking a simple product question (she also gave me a dirty stare the whole time I walked over), she then provided me with incorrect feedback, telling me the issue had to do with something that it didn’t. I begged her to come with me for 2 seconds to one of the products to show her what I was talking about. She got more unhappy. After walking over, she said loudly enough for people to stare, “RIGHT, I ALREADY EXPLAINED THIS TO YOU.” and continued. When I tried to thank her for her feedback and tell her I just got confused because she mentioned something that doesn’t affect the issue I was asking about, she seemed to get embarrassed that she was partially wrong about the product question I had and then gave me a horrible look and said “LOOK, IT DOESN’T MATTER IF ITS ABOUT X Y or Z, I ALREADY EXPLAINED THIS TO YOU. HAVE A NICE DAY.”

No joke this woman in her 20s or 30s who was working this weeknight evening was angry enough that it left a lasting impression. This is obviously a case of someone having a bad day, so I usually wouldn’t judge. But this was bad. Especially after having 10/10 experiences at every other Apple Store ever. Shoutout to the male associate probably in his 20s who was so sweet and helpful after she was likely angry because I took her away from being on her phone."

"I would not recommend this Apple store. There's an angry medium built female employee (curly hair tied in a bun) who does not listen to customers and makes you feel very uncomfortable by the way she stares at you if you question her rude responses. As a professional, I can tell she is not qualified to be dealing with customers. I was there during the evening time trying to explain to her why I am returning a product and instead of listening and trying to resolve the problem, she picked up an attitude and did not want to listen to the concern. She told me that "Apple stores do not accept returns for orders placed online." This is incorrect. She became rude and very dismissive as I caught the inconsistency in her answers and there was no way for her to prove this. She tried to tell me about their "internal policies" but she was not smart enough to know that customers respond to the external facing information on returns. I think its important for this employee to be trained on sensitivity and customer management. Bad idea having her face clients because she gives the store a bad reputation. Apple, take my advice and remove her from dealing with people. I think you should train this employee that's there on evenings during the week. I have a pic of her as well, which i will share with my contact at the Apple HQ."
