"Such a beautiful trail! However there’s LOTS of small little trails going on the sides and it’s easy to go off trail. Happened to us, we were climbing extreme rocks and we had to turn around and find the trail again.
The signage is good at the beginning but then you don’t find anymore signage.
So if you go here, make sure to download the All Trails app and download the trail to follow it correctly."

"Chilly 48 when started. Nice 58 after six miles and 3 hours. Parked in second lot after turning onto first water road. Nothing marked on trail until crosscut sign about a mile in. We used all trails to guide us but also kept track of the mountain ahead of us and a building behind us. So many trails to choose from. Great views."
