"With great sadness as I write this...My father recently passed away and we came across Melrose Abbey. Abigail herself was a blessing and the biggest help to my family and I. She explained the process thoroughly, she was so responsive to all of our calls and emails. She was able to get all the necessary paperwork and she happily obliged with all of our requests. The place itself was clean, everything was done on time, Abigail and her staff were so kind, empathetic, patient and really helped us through this difficult time. This was an unexpected passing of my Father and we didn't know much but like I said she went over everything to make sure we had the proper Hindu ceremony and respected all of our cultural wishes.
My Dad was given a proper and the most beautiful heartfelt funeral. The flowers, casket, ceremony to all the details couldn't have been more perfect. My family and I are so grateful for all the hand holding during this difficult time. Abigail went above and beyond. My only dislike was the mic for the speeches there was a loud echo making it difficult for the people to hear the speeches but during the recorded live stream the voices were recorded just fine so we have this forever.
