Everyone say “thank you Steven!” - exclusions to the Spielberg Digital Yiddish Library include 1) books that have never been donated to the Yiddish Book Center (rare books, delicate books, & lots of Contemporary Hasidic lit falls under this category) or books where the copyright holders are still selling their own copies (like with CYCO Books) #Yiddish #WorldLiterature #stevenspielberg

Kell Julliard

"I'm just glad I got to experience the Yiddish Book Center before I graduated from Hampshire back in 1998. It became my FAVORITE place on campus to study and write when I came back to Hampshire from Academic Leave (I wasn't on campus during the 1995-1996 Academic Year) & Field Study (Fall of 1996); in between my third & fourth years (Division II-Division III) due to the garden, and it's peaceful and tranquil meditative environment.

It GREATLY enhanced Hampshire's campus overall, and is a culturally vital institution both for the Valley, and for Jewish scholars worldwide."
