"I visited Sky Zone Alhambra for the first time and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and then assisted at the front counter by Diseree. She greeted me with a smile, asked if it was my first visit, and took the time to ask how long I planned on staying. She was extremely thorough when explaining the promotions and went above and beyond to help me save money by recommending the membership. Because of her help, we ended up getting a membership, socks, and a glow shirt, which was such a great value.
As I walked toward the food area, Valeria greeted me while passing by and was incredibly friendly, which really stood out to me. By this point, I was already impressed with the staff. At the food counter, I received outstanding service from Nicole, and the manager on duty, Justin, who were both professional, welcoming, and attentive.
Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience and so happy we chose to come here. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and he had an absolute blast. The customer service truly made the day extra special. I highly recommend Sky Zone Alhambra and want to thank the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

A huge shout-out because the customer service was truly top-tier. When I went back to the food section, I was greeted by Stefen, who handed me my pizza with such a great attitude and professionalism. He was courteous, friendly, and made the experience feel welcoming from the start.
Stefen worked alongside Edgar to get my drinks, and I was honestly impressed by how well they worked together as a team. Their communication was smooth, efficient, and you could tell they genuinely cared about providing great service. The service was fast, but never rushed, and both Stefen and Edgar were incredibly patient and kind the entire time.
It’s not often you come across employees who make a food counter experience feel this pleasant, but they truly did. Their positive energy, teamwork, and attention to customers made my visit even better. Because of them, Sky Zone left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely be back.
