"We had a wonderfully horrible time at York Dungeon 😂 highly recommended for disabled people especially as the staff were so helpful and thanks to their stairlift he was able to go around all the rooms in very old building. They even tweaked our time so we were with a big group and had a better experience. Lots of fun and certainly something to remember when they got my mum up taken into the docks. Lovely cafes and restaurants also nearby on the riverside. We parked in the shopping centre car park, but would recommend the one near the river as you could easily walk down the riverside in a few minutes to get to the dungeon."

"It was a really amazing experience! The actors were really performing amazingly well in their roles, I loved the part where they would engage the visitors as a part of the show. 100% recommend as it’s worth every penny if you’re looking to do something different, have fun and also get a little frightened! If you’re not a fun of spooky stuff then it might not be for you."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the visit the actors and actresses were brilliant! Costumes, makeup and special effects were fantastic. Both educational and entertaining. They got all of the audience engaged and it was well worth the time and money. Little bit scary but not too scary for children. I’d love to try the adults only version next time."
