Once the heart of Northumbria where kings like Athelfrith and Edwin ruled. Right on the Scottish border, it faded into history… but above it lies Yeavering Bell, the largest Iron Age hill fort in northern England. Time to see how it stacks up to the Scottish ones just over the hill! 🏔️⚔️ #AdGefrin #YeaveringBell #IronAge #UKHistory #HillFort
