"We hired this little gem for our anniversary party and the whole night was WONDERFUL. Thank you so much to everyone at the pottery for going above and beyond to make it really smooth, chilled and special. The venue looked gorgeous and the food from Sebastian at The Hobo was next level. We’ve had so many comments about both. Also the service was outstanding… I kept seeing staff going out of their way to look after people, loads of little individual touches- like making sure people with dietary needs felt catered for etc.
Hannah who handles events there was very helpful, quick to respond, gave me a call to check we were happy a few days before, and is also a very talented florist so made us a gorgeous giant floral centrepiece.
Also price wise I think the whole thing was really reasonable.
I’m going to recommend them to everyone and come down for coffee more, as it now feels like one of our special places ❤️

"My Daughter Harriet used Hobo for our Grandson Fred’s Christening yesterday in Farnham . Sebastian and his team where first class, friendly, efficient, calm and imaginative … they set up their Citroen bar in the drive which is a really effective scene setter and welcome to the party .. the buffet was really delicious and looked fab, the servers were responsive and appeared just when you needed something .. all in all an excellent operator and made our day even more enjoyable … after being in the food business 42 years you get to spot the professionals ! "A beautiful, quirky little cafe with a clay workshop upstairs. We only stopped by for a drink but the food that was being served around us looked lovely. Cushions and blankets on the seats added that extra touch. Liked the little message on the van window to deter thieves 😜"
