Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and grounds for their historical significance and immersive atmosphere. The chance to walk on Centre Court and learn about tennis legends is a major draw. However, the difficulty and cost of obtaining tickets for The Championships are significant drawbacks for many.

"I’ve never managed to visit Wimbledon during match season, but this time the museum + tour was the closest experience — and such a wonderful one.

Our guide Steve was fantastic: fun, knowledgeable, and clearly a true tennis fan with stories that brought everything to life. We even got to be among the first to see the grass already being prepared for next year! 🌱🎾

The museum itself is a treasure — full of history, insights, and inspiration from the very birth of tennis. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming, it made the day even more special. And of course… couldn’t resist bringing home some beautiful, high-quality souvenirs. 💚

Absolutely loved every bit of it. Highly recommend, 10/10. Now we know how to get tickets for next year! ☺️"

"A must for any tennis fan. What is amazing is the All England Club sits within a neighborhood. For you sports fans, think of Wrigley Field. My wife and I purchased the museum pass which includes Centre Court. Next time we will take the private tour. The cafe on site is nice but oddly they don’t serve regular drinks with sugar. You can purchase a Coke Zero and Sprite Zero but not the regular versions. I find this a bit strange. I get it in a way—sports/athletic field—but artificial sweeteners are not very natural. Am I being picky? Maybe but I can see how this can be aggravating to some. Anyway, the gift shop is nice and they offer a lot of clothing, accessories and both trinkets and souvenirs. Lastly, walk towards the tube station Southfields to enjoy the beautiful city."
