"First time visit. A small car park with narrow entrance; luckily we arrived as someone was leaving otherwise we would not have been able to park. A large map shows possible walking routes but we wandered around making our own route. Typical common with open areas full of heather and wooded areas with mainly oak and silver birch. Did find a stream and pond, but water levels were low. Would recommend and plan to return."
Joseph Pearson
"A delightful common area with multiple routes suitable for most mobility levels. Wheelchair users may struggle with many of the routes. Good for cycling and walking. The two pubs that back onto the common are worth a visit."
