What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the Whitehall Theatre as a great venue with comfortable seating and friendly staff, making for a lovely night out. While the bar prices are typical for such venues, the overall experience is highly positive, with many eager to return for future shows.
"What a great venue. After living in and around Dundee for 33 years I just finally tried this place for the first time to go and see a comedian.
It’s a decent sized venue with lots of seating. It was quick to get in and out at the start and end of the show. The seating is very comfortable, proper old school padded seats that you just don’t really see anywhere anymore.
The bar is typical of these sorts of places: 5.50 for a fairly large can of tennents that wasn’t particularly cold. Think it’s just a volume thing.
Location wise it’s a little out the city centre but not so far away as to be troublesome. Lots of pubs and nice restaurants up the top of the Perth road which is a 5 minute walk ahead for food and drinks before the show."
Steven
"Went to see Al Murray and it was brilliant.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, nice bar, decent toilets; Parking not a problem ( though we were there early for a meet and greet) definitely going back."

"Fantastic shows, great venue and reasonable prices"
