"Such a interesting place, thought we would be there for 10 mins but were there at least a hour and half. A lovely lady showed us round and told us how the windmill was used and showed us the home of the family that lived there. It was free entry but we gave a generous donation as it was more than worth it. Great place and well worth the visit."

"Run by volunteers, and no entry fee but donations welcome. Windmill had its sails off for repair when we were there, but, its all a work in progress.

Had wander through the workshop and chat with the workers then guided round the agricultural museum and cottages etc. Very welcoming and informative staff, small cafe on site with a number of gifts to purchase."

"Fantastic little historic gem that is well worth visiting. There is a lot to see here, from the heritage buildings with rooms just as they would have been long ago to the collections of agricultural tools and machinery. And then, there is the mill itself, the blacksmith's and the workshops. Very friendly, helpful volunteers are the icing on a most excellent cake."
