What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Westerham Heights Garden Centre is a beloved family-run business praised for its top-quality plants and exceptional, no-pressure customer service. Visitors rave about the knowledgeable staff and the healthy, vibrant selection, especially Calibrachoas. While not the cheapest, the quality and personalized advice make it a highly recommended destination for gardeners of all levels.
"NEVER DISAPPOINTED!
I know nothing about gardening, but love nature. I would go nowhere else for honest advice and help, without being made to feel awkward or stupid. Westerham Heights is the one stop for experienced and novice gardeners. The help from staff is second to none, especially Simon who has helped me with advice and no hard sell. This is a great honest business with a more than full range at prices that are fair. Quality is worth paying a bit more for, but seems you don’t have to here. Thanks guys for making us feel welcome and all your help and advice."

"Westerham Heights Garden Centre is my little slice of horticultural heaven.
The staff here aren’t merely employees they are plant-minded scholars who will happily guide the confused, the hopeful, and the overly-ambitious gardeners of Kent.
Their selection is marvellous:
Acers, shrubs, perennials, glorious ornaments… and most importantly, this is where I buy my Calibrachoas every year.
Perfectly grown, beautifully healthy, and without that tragic leggy supermarket look.
Mine bloom their little heads off until the first frost, and for that alone, they deserve a knighthood.
It’s not the cheapest garden centre in the land, but you get what you pay for strong plants, honest advice, and a trolley full of things you absolutely didn’t intend to buy.
Bring a car with a decent boot.
You will need it."

"We went on good Friday and it was lovely. We’re new to gardening and I had to go and ask one of the guys for advice on some planters and the best kind of all round plants. He showed me a selection and which soil was best. At the end of the shop he came to the car to help with the soil and he went to get us some free crockery for the planters. He then explained to us how to prune them after they’ve flowered. He didn’t have to do any of this but he did! It was great customer service so much so we will make sure to come back again and bring friends too! They have a lovely selection of plants, pots, accessories and the inside has lovely homeware. All very reasonably priced and good sale items too"
