The immersive sets, detailed props, and behind-the-scenes insights are highlights, though the price and crowds can be drawbacks for some. The friendly staff and iconic Butterbeer are frequently praised.
"The Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour was an absolutely unforgettable experience for our family. Whether you’re a lifelong fan of the films or just enjoy amazing production design, this place is pure magic from start to finish.
The moment we walked in, it felt like stepping straight into the Wizarding World. The sets, costumes, and props are incredibly detailed — seeing places like the Great Hall, Diagon Alley, and the Hogwarts Express in person is surreal. Every corner holds a “wow” moment, and you can feel the amount of passion and creativity that went into making the films.
One of the highlights for us was learning how the magic was made behind the scenes — from special effects and animatronics to makeup and set design. It gave us a whole new appreciation for the amount of work behind each scene. And of course, trying Butterbeer was a must — the kids LOVED it!
The tour is very well organized, clean, and easy to navigate even with children. There are plenty of photo opportunities, interactive sections, and staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. The gift shop at the end is huge and full of amazing souvenirs — we had a hard time picking just one!
Overall, this experience is a dream come true for Harry Potter fans and a fantastic day out for families. We left with big smiles, tons of photos, and memories we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting the UK, this is an absolute must-do."

"We visited with my little brother, and I have to say – it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was so beautifully done, from the organization to the smallest details. You can really tell how much effort and care went into creating such a magical atmosphere.
My brother was completely amazed the entire time – his eyes were glowing with excitement and joy. It was truly heartwarming to watch him enjoy every moment so deeply. He kept saying how cool everything was, and I could tell this would be a memory he’ll carry with him for a long time.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the entire place felt welcoming and safe for children. Every section was designed thoughtfully and creatively, keeping kids entertained and engaged in the most fun way possible.
We also really appreciated how interactive and hands-on some of the elements were – it made everything even more exciting and real for the kids. It wasn’t just something to look at, it was something to experience, and that made all the difference.
Overall, we had a fantastic time. I would definitely recommend this to any family, especially with young children. Seeing the happiness on my brother’s face was priceless. Thank you for such a special day – we’ll definitely be back!"

"Fabulous fun for Potterheads! The tour takes you through many, many famous sets, then outside for more sets, and then back inside for lots of special effects props. Fascinating insight on how the films were made. We did not dawdle, and still took 3 hours to see everything. Plan for plenty of time to get there and back (1 1/2 to 2 hrs each way by shuttle, tube, and train). Also plan to go when it is light out because the outside bits (Knight Bus, covered bridge, Hagrid's motorcycle, Dursley's house, etc) aren't well lighted and pictures don't come out too well. Absolutely fabulous staff that was genial, helpful, and happy."
