The footpath is covered in excrement, the benches aren't much better, the grass is overgrown and the foliage surrounding the ponds is so tall it blocks the view. People visit for some peace and tranquility, the smell alone puts paid to that, I would consider the area to be a risk to both physical and mental health, so much for local authority concerns for 'wellness'."
