Verdin park is great for an early morning stroll and to get a bit of exercise. It is quite hilly and needs a little bit of effort in some parts. It is nicely kept and has a nice mix of scenery. There are probably a few more benches needed here and there. The park occupies a commanding position pretty much in the centre of Northwich. A small car park to the front caters for a limited amount of visitors but parking is not too difficult in Northwich anyway. The park hosts a number of events throughout the year. Unfortunately there are no public conveniences in the park and no refreshments."
