"A stretch of river that actually has a path along it, between Malpas and St. Clement, and then on towards Tresilian. The path from St. Clement northwards is pretty good, well made up with stone. The path along the river south towards Malpas is much rougher, with steps, tree roots and some quite muddy and steep sections. But as long as you're fairly fit & able it's not too much of a problem and the views out to the river are amazing.
There's also a more direct path across fields from St. Clement to Malpas, it's steeper because you're going over the hill instead of around it, but it's also more direct.
There's toilets at St. Clement, and a rather good pub at Malpas."
