On first views of the barn my (now) wife and I fell in love with the architecture, ambience and charm of the Barn.
The correspondence with Adam and Kay was brilliant, thorough and kept us at ease.
It is very versatile with decorations and very accommodating for a lot of different styles depending on your taste. The stage and tiered seating was perfect for those viewing our ceremony and having the other half used for the food and catering was perfect.
There is plenty of space for guests and parking and also stunning views of the Abbey next door and a field for wedding photos.
A VERY special mention has to be given to Sophie our wedding coordinator who was invaluable to our wedding being a success. From first meeting of Sophie she made us feel confident with our vision and helped in setting-up the barn, made sure the day ran smoothly, and setting down the barn. We cannot overstate enough how amazing she is!!
We would recommend anyone who is looking for a barn wedding venue to seriously consider using The Great Barn!"

"Had the pleasure of holding a wedding here over Bank holiday weekend. This stunning venue is the perfect backdrop for any celebration. It's rustic charm is supported by its modern amenities.
The land lends itself to multiple ideas, for drinks reception and games area.
This is all topped off by the professional service provided by Adam and Kay. Adam was extremely attentive on our day, but not intrusive. Never late for an appointment and always willing to help.
I wish I could have a reason to use this venue more often. We loved it. Highly recommend."

"Venue looked amazing from the outside. But wedding was ruined it started too rain and the roof leaks .leaving the dinning tables soaked in water . If you view this venue go in the evening and turn lights on you will see how many holes there is .sorry for the review but it ruined my friend wedding"
