Reviews Summary

However, some reviews highlight issues with irresponsible dog owners leaving waste, which can detract from the otherwise pleasant experience.
"What a way to relax after a walk through the green land leading down to the river. A nice glass of juice from the Thorpe ferry Cafe and a relaxing one hour stare at the natural sight."

"A beautiful little nature spot just the other side of Whitlingham, it can be viewed as you walk round. Lots of open spaces and benches to relax on. You have to walk over a railway line with a bridge to access the marsh and there is parking on the road opposite which is called Thunder Road."
Carol A
"Lovely reserve but sadly dogs owners are spoiling this nature reserve. There were several disgusting large dollops of dog poo left in the middle of the path. One had been trodden in. A woman jogger was letting her animal run ahead, off the lead, it was not being kept under close control. I got the impression this was regular and she felt she had the right to let her dog run loose through a nature reserve. Appreciate it is hard to police but if selfish dog owners refuse to show respect to others and nature, perhaps they should not be allowed on this reserve."
