"We only usually order drinks from here when we walk the dog but I have to say, the layout is terrible. If you just want a coffee, it's not clear where you need to order unless someone is on the front desk to direct you. I'm used to it now but during our visit on Saturday, a gentleman came in via the exit and waited patiently at the drinks connection end of the counter. At no point did any of the 2 baristas or the 3-4 other members of staff tell him where he needed to be - he was flat-out ignored. I get that he's in the wrong place (and I should have just said something myself) but he was only a few feet from the baristas and they could have easily directed him to the right counter. 2 seconds of their time but no, not a word. So he left (and didn't come back in the entrance)."
