"We spent 2 nights here,early September. Our room was lovely,clean and had a side view of the sea.Large comfy bed,tv,toiletries,coffee and tea.
Check in was with a key fob in a key safe on our door.Though not sure if we should have recievied an email explaining this..luckily there was a lady ,who came and helped us,on reception and explained where our key was and how to use the fob on the outside door,at night.Not sure what would have happened, if there had been no one around.I think there was a number we could call,but it was all dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The second morning, we were served by a lovely lady originally from the Midlands, like us.
We didn't really have much interaction with the owners,nor on leaving on our last morning, just had to drop the key in a box.Would have liked to have said goodbye and thanks for our stay.However,we did speak to Graham and I think his wife, during breakfast the first morning and they both seemed friendly and helpful."

"⭐ Review of No.1 Esplanade, Tenby ⭐
On arrival, we struggled to access the building as the entrance door was locked, and we had to wait around 20 minutes until other guests kindly let us in. They helped us sort out the code for our room on the second floor. Once inside, we absolutely loved the gorgeous room with its stunning views across the Welsh Sea, and we enjoyed a restful night’s sleep in what felt like high-standard accommodation.
Unfortunately, there were some drawbacks. The bath tub was not properly cleaned or polished, with dirt coming from the curtains, and there was no hot water. When opening the blinds, the chain was broken. Additionally, when accessing the male toilet, I found building materials left inside, which was embarrassing, and I had to use the female facilities instead.
On a positive note, the full English breakfast and a hot cup of tea were excellent, both served to a high standard. The views of the sunrise while dining were absolutely breathtaking. The woman who served us was very polite and welcoming, which added warmth to the experience.
In summary, while the accommodation has some issues that need urgent attention, the views, breakfast quality, and friendly service were highlights of our stay."

"My husband and I spent the night at The Esplanade last week, and it was a lovely experience, we hadn’t paid extra for a sea view, but we were at the side, and I could glimpse the sea which was a bonus. The room was lovely, well decorated and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely, and cooked fresh to order, with plenty of alternatives available. We arrived early, and were able to go straight to the room as it was ready. We have stayed at most of the hotels on the front on our visits to Tenby over the years, but I must say for our needs now, quiet, but with close amenities, this is definitely one to which we will be returning. Thank you 😊"
