"This is a magnificent location for a dog walk. Trails are well established and fairly extensive. There is parking, a play area for kids and magnificent views. The dog could walk on grass or pathway, but was not completely muddied when we got back. There is information about the wildlife as you walk along and the cafe, while not a particularly attractive building on the outside, was an excellent landmark to help find your bearings. I went on a day when the sky was cloudy and rain was due in the afternoon and I had a two-hour dry window."
