"Nice park, peaceful and so lush and green. Miniature maze, really nice play facilities for small nursery/primary age children. Full cafe, toilet and baby changing facilities. Bring your own snacks to the park, if you want to save some money. I will visit the cafe next time without the grandchildren. Beautiful view of Thames Barrier, and nice views across the water. Generally not too packed each time I've visited! Close to DLR station, however sometimes closed so best to check beforehand. Buses available from Custom House, Prince Regent to the park. Also short walk or bus hop to London City Airport, where you can take the family to watch the planes take off and land. So it's a good value visit for a day out at the airport and a decent park. If it rains there is a small covered area, perfect to shelter for a bit!"

"A amazing park with plenty of history and well worth a visit. Even if it's just for a walk or to be with nature. It is a good place to go for just some inner peace. It also has a lovely cafe that you can visit that is not to expensive or a water park near by. My favourite part was probably the landscape, but it was also nice to see Thames River."
