"Trains are constantly late at this station for some reason. The 15.27 to Waterloo and nearly every train until 7pm is delayed EVERY DAY! and there are NEVER any staff on the platform to advise on further delays. It would probably be quicker to commute via a bus. Such a shockingly bad service considering the exuberant fair we pay to travel. Maybe if we wasnt paying for uneccasry staff like 3 trespass and welfare officers (very craftily named so one would assume they are more important than they are) standing on the platform hiding and chatting, or the countless south western railway staff at clapham junction (for example) who seem to just congregate and chat also then maybe we could afford to actually improve train services and be punctual.
There is something very fishy happening, you only need to look at the very blatant specific demograph of workers employed by TFL,south western railways and network rail to see that something is being implemented by management."

"This station should be getting consistent 5 star reviews. The scheduled frequency and variety of train services here is excellent, and the station is conveniently located in the centre of Surbiton. However, I have given 4 stars because some of the staff here can be unfriendly and/or unhelpful and South Western Railway who operate all the services that call here are frequently badly disrupted, leading to a lot of frustration and inconvenience. That said, when the trains are operating as planned, the station generally works very well."

"It is an station which has a different aesthetic. In addition it has a grocery store connected to it which is alright!
These two extra things definitely make it a better looking station. The staff were all nice and unfortunately when trains were cancelled we were left stranded in the station for a while without any idea of what is happening."
