"Love this station, even when there are strikes, trains still run, its the engineering work, that makes the trains not run, but station is very good at replacing trains with buses.
Counter staff are very friendly & helpful, glad they haven't closed the counters.
2 little cafes & toilets on the platforms, & one cafe & local sainsburys by the staion entrance,
There is a lift ( bit of a walk once upstairs, but handy!)
Station staircases could do with a good old jet wash, but you do see cleaners sweeping the stairs,
Need to fix their leaking roof parts
