"Quite untidy the guide started off nice but clearly you should speed round and when she says "I am closing in a minute, do you have any questions"? When I was near tge end of the route she told me to take my answer should be no and I should have left immediately she was quite rude and then said I couldn't go toilet as she had to get a key but did direct me to the cafe where they were lovely"
