The staff once you go through the door were really engaging on 28th Nov making it fun for kids and adults. You can take photos throughout. Way better than I was expecting. About 15 mins walk from ifs cloud cable car plenty of shops on the way. Good gift shop too. Only took a point away for paying £2 for a locker as requested by staff, then it wouldn't open and no help given. Chap on cloakroom was particularly rude unfortunately."
