"Impromptu decision to try out this experience on cold London evening after a relaxing day in hotel near the location in Canary Wharf. Made a quick call, confirmed the booking online for 6pm slot, upgraded and popped up with my honey , boom box and snacks. Parked in huge parking facility about a 2-3 minute walk away and headed to the desk to check in, sign some papers, watch operation videos, collect robes and captain hats, complimentary champagne (just a single glass🤣🤣🤣)..Then changing rooms then short walk down the ramp to the coal fired hot tub boat which was already warm and toasty and steamy.
My partner and I had a real good time navigation under bridges, splashing , singing, drinking, chatting, reminiscing and vybing to some old hits!......great being Warm in winter conditions.....reminded me of blue lagoon in Iceland. The price was worth the experience, water remained hot for the full to and fro journey!"

"Me and my partner booked for a Monday evening, travelling from the countryside into London after seeing this experience pop up on our Facebook ads
We had a super friendly and great guy called Christian tour us ( apologies if I got the name wrong ) told us the history but also made an effort with both of us and our interests
As much as we loved the experience and it’s a great business, I just felt it lacked something, I’m not sure what but the tour itself felt very quick on the water moving, I wouldn’t of personally said it was 30mins, and when docked 45mins lacked atmosphere etc, I don’t know if that’s because their was only two of us experiencing it or if it was because it was 8.10pm booking.
We didt know what to expect fully, we enjoyed it but didt come away with the “wow factor “
The staff working were friendly and helpful, it was explained they did other things in different months
I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t return because that’s not the case, but just felt it needed that bit more sparkle with the festive time of the year, saying that the boats were decorated to a Christmas theme which was a nice touch and the entrance with the lights
But most definitely our tour made it for us
