"Loved this place. Was quite dry when we went so the waterfall wasn't as spectacular as I have seen it but still beautiful.
The moors were desolate and perfect for uninterrupted dog walking and we then finished off at the reservoir for the dogs to paddle !! What a fab find !!!"

Big enough, stunning views and millions of beautiful heathers. U can see Rochdale, Shaw and Oldham, even Manchester when it's good weather. You can lost a bit in forest, go to the waterfall, go for a walk with dog, visit the water reservoir which is stunning. It's really nice place. I recommend to go there in August/September when heathers are blossom - there is beautiful view then."
