It can get a bit more cooler as you are higher up."

"It took me an hour to walk there from the Railway station and it involved some very steep climbs but the view from the top was spectacular!
The War Memorial is huge; a fitting tribute to the many lost in the wars since the First World War. It was sad to see many examples of 3 or more from the same family but I was also interested to see recognition of the loss of life of civilians and those lost at sea.
Close to the War Memorial are some information boards.
I was lucky that the weather was quite good, breezy but fairly clear, so there were some great views out across the town.
If you have any problem with walking up inclines I would suggest that you drive there as there’s walk involves very steep sections."
