What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Royal Pump Rooms is praised for its free art gallery and interesting local history museum, housed in an iconic building. However, some visitors have expressed disappointment with the cafe's early food clearing and seating reductions on Saturdays, suggesting earlier visits are advisable.
"Visited the free museum about the historic past of the city and the spas. It was really interesting!"

"Arrived at the 3:14pm at the their cafe on a Saturday sunny afternoon only to find staff removing food trays to the back and claiming it was all gone. Served our drinks in take away cups after we sat down and were putting chairs up reducing seating area so early. By 3:30 pm, a few tables were off limits. Why is the food being removed so early? Does staff take it home?. Please tell me it is not binned or worse, saved for next day. I was told by a few other customers that this is what they do all the time. I was really disappointed. I have time stamped pictures and posted them on trip advisor. Did not feel welcome and will not be returning."

"ICONIC building in leamington that has been turned in to a cafe at the front and a library at the back.
Lovely venue near the river and the beautiful pump room gardens opposite. On the bottom of main parade 5 / 10 mins walk from the main shopping area however definitely the nicest part of town & a good meeting place ."
