What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors appreciate the River Leven for its pleasant walking paths, ideal for dog owners and families enjoying the natural scenery and wildlife like swans and ducks. While historically a fishing spot, its current appeal for angling seems diminished. The river also holds a significant, somber history that visitors should acknowledge with respect.
"Water.... Hunners of water.... Sometimes there is swans and ducks... Other times they're is wee guys in canoes. If your really lucky you will meet people fishing who will tell you tales of the ones that got away. I think this relates to a large mythical creature as everytime they tell the story it increases in size."

"Love the river though it's no good anymore for fishing"
