Reviews Summary

Visitors praise the River Clyde Walkway for its clean, well-maintained paths and excellent views across the Clyde. It's noted as a lovely, quiet escape, especially around areas like Renfrew golf course, offering great scenery even when hedges are bare. However, some mention that the paths aren't always the widest and cyclists can be assertive.

"Really clean and clear path with great views across the Clyde.
Flat and well maintained path"

Craig Oxby

"Lovely walk along the Clyde around the golf course. Don't be put off by the works for the new bridge, there's still access past the ferry and down meadow street. At this time of year with the hedges bare, you get great views across Renfrew golf course as well as of the river. You can do a loop around Renfrew or continue across the swing bridge to go further along the Clyde."

Idris Evans

"Lovely trail to walk along from Braehead along the Clyde, past the ferry, then up towards the golf course - can do a there and back or loop through Renfrew"
