"Travelled from here last Saturday, traveling with a disabled husband is difficult but the staff took the stress out of it. Staff helped look after our luggage whilst providing a wheelchair and when the train came in got us on board using a ramp. Made sure we were ok and arranged disembarking assistance at our destination. Can't fault them, absolutely excellent service and wonderful gentlemen a credit to the railway"
