"I’ve been playing at Regent’s Park Tennis for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best spots in London for a game. The courts are well maintained, bookings are simple through their online system, and the setting in the middle of the park makes it feel like a little oasis in the city. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a good range of coaching options too. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, it’s a great place to hit some balls. Highly recommended!"

"I called an hour before my court booking to cancel because it was raining and the ground was clearly slippery. The staff told me the courts were “playable” and unless I showed up in person and proved otherwise, they wouldn’t refund or credit me — which is really unreasonable.
I’ve been given a credit when I cancelled due to 30mph gusts — however, they still emailed me back and said that was “playable”. So what exactly counts as unplayable to them?
When I went to check the courts this time, there were only a couple private lessons happening, not “lots of people playing” as they claimed. The weather is out of our control — customers shouldn’t have to travel all the way just to prove it’s wet and unsafe."

"Beautiful facilities and truly exceptional customer service at Park Sports Regents Park. A special thank you to Danilo (Danny) for his understanding and prompt support with a last-minute booking change—he was incredibly helpful, positive, and a real pleasure to deal with. A huge asset to the team. Highly recommend!"
