What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Queen's Square is cherished as a central, relaxing green space in Wrexham, offering a pleasant spot to sit and observe local life. It truly shines during its vibrant markets and occasional live events, which are highly praised by visitors. While some miss larger past events, the square remains a beloved community hub.
"It is the only space in Wrexham city that allows people the luxury of sitting down, with multiple benches, Trees, Flora and Fauna. Or just watch the world go by, strike up a John Player Special and watch the people go by. If your able to hop, skip and jump. you'll be at the Library with its warmth and a plethora of books and Gallery Artprints at your disposal. But for me, Queens Square remains my favourite place in Wrexham. I can still see my old Nan, legs crossed, smoking her filterless Players, with a wry smile. and a confident persona. Deciding where to have her seventh cup of tea?"
