Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise Queen Mary's Rose Gardens for their breathtaking beauty and the sheer variety of roses on display. It's a highly recommended free attraction for its tranquil atmosphere and vibrant floral spectacle, especially during peak bloom season. Some visitors note that the gardens can get crowded during peak times, and the roses are best enjoyed before the height of summer heat.

"What a beautiful visit to Queen Mary's Rose Garden in Regent's Park today! The garden itself is absolutely stunning, and the roses were just incredible to see – really vibrant and well looked after. Everything was super clean and beautifully presented.

The only slight bummer was the cafe in the park. The prices were genuinely shocking! I couldn't believe they were charging £2.35 for a 500ml bottle of unbranded water and £5.95 for a cinnamon bun. The weather was gorgeous, sunny and expecting to hit 31 degrees, so I was really surprised to see the cafe so empty. But once I saw the price list, it made perfect sense.

If you're thinking of visiting the rose gardens, I'd definitely say go for it – it's well worth it! Just make sure you bring your own water and snacks to save yourself a small fortune."

Joe Mills

"The rose garden is huge, so many beautiful roses there. So calm and so well kept. Loved it. There are cafes and public wc, lots of benches."

Dominika Nosková

"If you have time, I highly recommend visiting Queen Mary’s Rose Garden—especially in May when the roses are in full bloom. It’s a peaceful and beautifully maintained spot, perfect for a relaxing stroll or taking photos. I found the public bathrooms clean, which was a pleasant surprise—I hope your experience is just as good!"
