What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Project Native Informant is praised for its compelling contemporary art exhibitions and the engaging insights provided by its friendly staff. Visitors often find the art deeply moving and appreciate the gallery's role in an active East London art hub. However, a few reviews mention negative experiences with staff over the phone.
"Excellent little gallery in the heart of East London where we saw an interesting exhibition by a German artist based on his 6 month interaction with his subject, resulting in a series of portraits of her. The artist had some hand drawn sketches on the gallery wall from some photos he took of his subject in their regular sittings. Interesting story behind the exhibition which the friendly gallery owner shared with us......even showing us some extra works behind the scenes. Gallery is close by 3 other galleries making it an excellent arty hub to visit. Lots of cafes and pubs close by near Bethnal Green station."
