"Very well maintained, small castle. It is free to enter, and open until 4pm. It has a steep spiral staircase up onto a open walkway with views over the water and the trees to Castle Ward."
lesley hanna
"This castle is apart of the game of thrones tour you can do at castle ward. The castle is locked up however you can go directly up to it while wondering around. I will say doing this tour and going to the Cuan afterwards was the best experience. If you are a game of thrones fan this is the place for you. We were lucky enough to get to meet the dogs from the film and a few people who played as extras. So much to see here. Make sure you have your hiking shoes packed and ready to go!"
