What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Pishiobury Park is a beautiful, expansive natural space praised for its peaceful atmosphere and abundant wildlife, including longhorn cows and rabbits. Visitors appreciate the free parking and the well-maintained bins, though the lack of public toilets is a noted drawback. The varied terrain, from open grasslands to wooded river trails, makes it ideal for dog walking and photography.
"Lovely space. The car park was very quiet despite it being summer holidays which I was surprised at. Had a really lovely walk with the dog on lead over the grasslands due to possible cows, but then could let her roam free in the wooded area near the river with raised walkways as it was well fenced in. Just be aware the banks of the stream are quite steep in most places so be careful if yours is a water baby, my older dog struggled a bit to get out and I thought I might have to get in to help her.
The amount of well maintained bins even far from roads were very surprising. Something I wish other parks would follow.
The only thing that would make it better would be loos, but then they would probably start charging to park so Iβd rather the free parking!"
