We recently visited the Bournemouth Zip Line with our two children, who were very excited to try it out. They were fitted with all the necessary safety gear and prepared to make their way up to the start. However, after climbing a few steps, they became nervous and decided they didn’t want to continue.
The staff were incredibly understanding and kind, immediately offering us a refund without any hesitation — a gesture we really appreciated for its professionalism and compassion.
At this point, a team member named Sam stepped in and kindly offered to walk up with the children, sensing that it was the height of the stairs that had caused their anxiety. Sam was amazing — he accompanied them all the way to the top, stopping to wave and reassure us along the way. His calm and encouraging presence made a huge difference.
We were so impressed with the service and attitude of the entire team. Thank you, Sam and the Bournemouth Zip Line team, for turning a potentially disappointing moment into a very positive and memorable experience for our family.

"Great experience for 2 teenage boys but pricing model a bit strange. Had booked and paid for 2 dual rides for the 2 boys, wanting them to experience this together but also have 2 opportunities. I thought online booking was preferable, and should have been competitively priced but discovered that it is cheaper to buy and pay for a second on the day rather than book 2 online! This is the 3rd time I have done this, so it seems I could have saved approximately £5 per ride per person, so 6 x £5 overall, so feel a bit duped!"
