"Free entry but we gave a £5 donation in the cash box. There is a machine to donate £3 by card too. Gift shop and snacks available. Beautiful house. 24 acres of very well managed grounds too. Can't believe I haven't been before. Fascinating invention room upstairs. Some of the inventions are meant for children to interact with but I loved them. Definitely worth a visit."

"Free entry however asking donation of £3n which I have made. I have checked website for times and days. We attended, daughter loved it there, esspecially games room, ypu can do colouring, play games, but we were asked to leave maybe bot even aftwr 30min as there was a function happening. That was a shame ; as it was rainy day and wanted to do something meaningful as well. Staff was very apologetic, but I would advise to make sure that, things like that are updated on the Web as some people travel from far."
