"My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the attentive service—made me feel valued and well cared for. The room service was incredible and the dressing gown was super soft and comfy compared to the usual hardware material ones you'd usually find in hotels. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a relaxing and memorable. A big thank you also Surart on reception and Lixin in the booking team. I look forward to returning soon."

"Let’s start with the positives is was a good location!
I paid for 2 rooms at an advanced rate with add ons of breakfasts for 2 mornings. They said whilst booking there was valet parking for £55.
At check-in they asked for £300 despots per room, which I paid happily. They didn’t mention anything about valet parking fees of £85 per day.
We checked in at 3pm and 1 of our rooms wasn’t ready so we went into one of the rooms. When we got into the room there was dirty knickers on the floor and the hoist wasn’t in the room. So we had to wait about 45mins for sort it out. The windows were dirty not what you expected from a 5* hotel.
When it came to check out they charged me for breakfasts, a number of service charges and 2 charges of £85 for valet parking. I queried this at check out and they said the duty manager would take a look, they then removed the extra charges. 2 hours later I was informed by email that all the charges for breakfasts and valet parking still stands and I actually owe more money which they will be charging my card on the system.
So I would not be returning to this robbing hotel they take your money charge you double on food put in extras add loads of service charges too. I was so excited about this hotel because of its inclusivity with having facilities for the disabled like tracking hoists and changing places toilet. I’m very disappointed to say the least."
