"The staff make a good hotel and this was no exception, we were welcomed enthusiastically when checking in and given all relevant details for our stay and even received an upgrade too.
Room was very well appointed with tea and coffee, trousers press, good size TV and even a fan. bathroom was large and proved with all the toiletries you may need.
Bar area is large and served a nice selection of food and drink all reasonably priced for the establishment, staff were friendly and polite.
my only criticism is that the room could have done with a deeper clear, top of radiator had coffee stains from where I can only presume someone has enjoyed the view and knocked their drink. Inside of drawers needed a wipe out and behind the knobs on drawers etc. these are minor oversights which I can forgive as we still enjoyed our short stay throughly."
