"Nice little ruin of a castle with lots of good information boards around the site.

When we visited there were some areas minced off due to preserving areas for renovation. We were not able to get over the bridge to the main structure, which would have made this visit much better. However, a nice site to visit.

There was a small free car park at the site which is only a small easy walk from the castle.

There are no toilets."

Koi-Ko Withers

"Imposing stronghold on the bank of the river Tweed just outside Englands most northerly village. Several information boards give an insight to it's construction and historical events. Unfortunately much is fenced off and inaccessible."
