"Staff are extremely rude unhelpful and just grunt at you as if they don’t want to be there !! all except the lady that works there who is the complete opposite and very pleasant to talk to and helpful"

"Should be no stars.turn up there on time only to be told to leave due to having a Astravan .the website and the agent I spoke to over the phone said that’s fine but there will be a small charge.the staff were very rude, they just looked at each other and said “don’t bring that here, leave the site”
I even said there is a charge to pay to tip that’s fine as the website states that but they said NO you are not unloading here and we don’t need to know what the website says
.
They just walked off laughing
Is this the service we get here
Is this how we get treated here
Please run e-learning for the staff so they know what their role is"
