"Really disappointing to see members of staff driving at ridiculous speeds up and down Lincoln Drive. This is a residential road and I’m sure they wouldn’t drive at such speeds on their own road. Families with children and pets live on this road. What right do your staff have to speed here and put people in danger? Went into the care home to complain and was told it was ‘Julia’s husband’ who apparently always drives like a ‘lunatic’. When he drove past I gestured my hand to ask him to slow down to which he held his horn down and start flashing his lights , while progressively driving faster towards me as we put our daughter in the car. I hope the owners can speak to their staff and reassure the residents in the area."

When asked to slow down, he aggressively beeped his horn and flashed his lights at me."

"Short staffed, lack of record keeping for comfort checks, diet charts and repositioning. Dangerous moving and handling skills seen by staff members no attention to privacy and dignity observed with two staff members lack of care with cleaning patients, call bell left unanswered for up to 45 mins on a daily basis. Many agency nurses employed who were ‘in charge’ of residents and staff they didn’t know. Failure to provide prescribed pain relief. Extremely poor care. Avoid. (This review completed by a health care professional). It gets one star for the one staff member who did show some care and compassion and their willingness to care properly for residents."
