"Wonderful place full of history and charm, go this year before September, it is closing down for 2 years for restoration"

"My mum and I had afternoon tea and a private tour of the Milford House Collection and it was a wonderful experience! Due to covid, they are only accepting one group at a time for this type of booking so it was a real treat to have a bespoke tea all to ourselves. Delicious home baking and I especially loved trying the Chinese tea.
This was followed by a tour of the beautiful collection led by the curator, Stephen. We love old houses and I had never heard of Milford House before but the history is so fascinating and also quite sad, considering the actual house hasn't been accessible for years. The team behind this collection are clearly very passionate about conserving the history and deserve all of the support they can get.
Highly recommend this experience, thank you very much for having us!"
